Payment Options

Payment Stages :

Stage I : For booking a package, please send us passengers full names, postal address, date of birth (in dd/mm/yyyy format), cell #, mention category of room and please deposit 25% as an on account tour package availability advance payment into following bank account under information to us. In case on your provided dates the accommodation is not available then you have option to change dates and ask us to check availability again. In case accommodation are not available and you wish to cancel availability check after meeting 25% on account payment then we will refund the advance amount minus deducting Rs. 200/- towards file charges into your provided bank account details. Once the available package is confirmed after availability check then balance payment of 75% is made to the same bank account to issue Confirm Hotel and transport vouchers.

Stage II : Once balance payment are met the package is confirmed and you need to send us Travel details (air OR train travel) to us and then we will send confirmation vouchers of confirmed services to you by Email in Adobe PDF File Format which you need to carry with you during the tour and present to Hotels. Two days before departure we will email OR SMS Driver's and Vehicle's contact details.

Also note that, during high and or shoulder travel season it is mandatory to pay full amount thus quoted for booking travel package services and will be binding on the travelers to pay India Full Circle Tours (Parent company) full advance payments.
